Additionally, you will thoroughly record customer data and manage orders, shipments,
and returns or warranty claims in our CRM system.Job Requirementsare communicative and have a knack for smooth conversations;have prior experience as a customer service representative;are proficient with systems (preferably Salesforce) and excel at multitasking;are fluent in Danish and you are at least also solid in English;would be a standout candidate if you are fluent in a third language (please see the list of additional languages below);handle stress well and remain composed under pressure;are patient, a good listener, and possess commercial insight;have a Spanish Social Security Number and/or a NIE
