As Manager of Data Engineering, you lead a team that builds and operates data pipelines, models, and platform infrastructure powering Ring's analytics, science, and AI initiatives. You own delivery and the platform’s operational health while mentoring engineers and advancing AI-assisted engineering practices. You collaborate with BI, applied science, and product teams to translate data needs into roadmaps and contribute to shared platform infrastructure. You help scale a multi-agent AI platform that automates core data engineering tasks and reinforces data fundamentals.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing data engineering team
• Oversee delivery and operational health of data pipelines, models, and platform infrastructure
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and toolchains across the group
• Develop multi-agent solutions to automate data engineering tasks (pipeline generation,
data quality, testing, operational response)
• Guide engineers in leveraging agentic tooling while maintaining data engineering fundamentals
• Partner with BI, applied science, and product teams to translate needs into technical roadmaps
• Contribute to shared platform infrastructure and developer tooling as needed
Responsabilidades
• Engineering team management experience (hiring, performance management, career development)
• Hands-on contribution to data platform and pipeline delivery in data engineering or closely related teams
• Experience xqbhyrx designing/architecting data systems (data modeling, pipelines, reliability, scaling)
• Experience building or leading cloud-native data infrastructure (data warehouses, data lakes, event-driven architectures, orchestration)
• Knowledge of SDLC practices (coding standards, code reviews, source control, CI/CD, testing, operational excellence)
