The role focuses on ensuring a compliant, business-oriented and efficient HR management model in a complex industrial environment, with a strong emphasis on collective bargaining agreements, legal compliance,
HR advisory to managers and the digitalization of HR processes.
The person will act as a key partner to local management while working closely with Corporate HR.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
* Lead the local HR function for the Spanish site, ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies and the specific needs of the different business lines.
* Manage the application of several collective bargaining agreements, ensuring legal and operational compliance across production, warehouse and office environments.
* Act as the main HR point of contact with employee representatives and works councils, leading regular communication, consultation and negotiation processes.
* Advise site management and line managers on labour law matters, including contracts, working conditions, disciplinary procedures, dismissals, sanctions, internal policies and employee relations topics.
