We are looking for a UX Research Trainee to join our team and work across qualitative user research, market research, and competitive analysis. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the product development process and learn how user and market insights can help identify opportunities, validate ideas, and shape better digital products.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Support qualitative user research projects, helping plan and conduct interviews, usability tests, and other research activities to better understand users’ needs, behaviours, and pain points.
- Analyse and synthesise research findings to identify insights, patterns,



and opportunities that can inform product decisions.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, emerging opportunities, and the broader context in which our clients and their products operate.
- Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking to understand competitors, comparable products, industry best practices, and relevant market dynamics.
- Support Product Managers and Designers in identifying business and product opportunities and validating hypotheses through research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and client teams, bringing research insights into the product development process.
- Help create research reports, presentations, and other deliverables to clearly communicate findings and recommendations.

You will bring to the table:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, UX/HCI, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Mark
