Key Responsibilities

Own and groom the product backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned to real disruption patterns and operational needs.
Write user stories and acceptance criteria covering software quality, AI performance, alert accuracy, timeliness, and safe fallback behaviour.
Partner closely with the Tech Lead, engineers, and QA teams to validate delivery
