Aviation Sales Manager – MadridLocation: Madrid, Spain Office Full-time

Your Responsibilities
- Build and lead a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners,



and stakeholders within the aviation and travel industry.
- Drive business development across tour operators, travel agencies, online distribution, and corporate accounts.
- Acquire new clients while managing and developing existing accounts.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and market opportunities in the Spanish market to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, reports, and commercial presentations for clients and management.
- Monitor contracts, fare distribution, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Organise and participate in trade fairs, events, seminars, roadshows, and product training sessions.

About You
- Degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation sales.
- Strong knowledge of the aviation industry, with an established network of contacts with
