We're partnering with one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies to hire a Spanish-speaking Account Executive based in Barcelona.
If you're passionate about winning new business, opening strategic accounts and building long-term customer relationships, this is an opportunity to join a high-performing international sales team and play a key role in the company's growth in the Spanish market.
You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with ambitious Spanish businesses, engage senior decision-makers and help shape the company's continued expansion in one of Europe's most exciting markets.
Own the Spanish market by identifying new business opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
This is a true hunter role,
giving you the autonomy to build your own pipeline, develop strategic accounts and directly contribute to the company's growth in Spain.
What you'll be doing:
- Build a high-quality pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting.
- Identify and engage Finance and business leaders across the Spanish market.
- Lead consultative sales conversations and understand customers' business challenges.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations focused on business impact.
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and negotiation through to close.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.
What we're looking for
- Experience as an Account Executive within a B2B SaaS environment.
- A genuine passion for new business development and outbound sales.
- Native or fluent Spanish and professional English.
