Your role in the teamAs a Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager,



you support the successful delivery of services and projects for our customers. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you help coordinate customer requests, monitor service performance, and contribute to maintaining high service quality while building strong customer relationships.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a first-point-of - contact for customer contact for operational and project-related topics
- Owe the service delivery performance to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for process and service improvements
- Lead project transitions and contribute to a smooth handover into Business As Usual (BAU) operations
