How You’ll Make an Impact
Develop and execute long‑term global sourcing strategies for Converters, Cabinets, and SCADA commodities to optimize value and ensure supply chain resilience
Lead complex contract negotiations and establish master supply agreements with key global suppliers, securing favorable terms that align with business objectives
Establish and manage a robust Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework, conducting regular performance reviews to foster strategic partnerships and improve supplier performance
Monitor market dynamics and identify technology trends through in‑depth analysis, informing strategic sourcing decisions and enhancing competitive advantage
Establish new procurement processes and standards that impact functional results, ensuring alignment with the highest ethical standards and company compliance policies
Act as the primary procurement expert, effectively communicating strategies and plans to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment and support for sourcing initiatives
