- Team setup: Medium development team; 3 developers covering Python backend (microservices) and prompt engineering. The team operates in a CI/CD environment where all members are expected to cover all tasks.

Project Summary

We are looking for two AI Engineers to join a medium-sized development team working on a quality monitoring scoring system built on Python and Azure Functions. The orientation is execution: business use cases are already defined. We value multifaceted profiles capable of covering backend development and prompt engineering, with DevOps as a strong plus.

Goals and deliverables:
Main Responsibilities & Key Activities




- Maintain and develop Python code in Azure Functions as part of a microservices architecture.- Work within a CI/CD lifecycle where deployments are fully automated and all team members are expected to contribute across tasks.
- Integrate LLM and RAG solutions into existing workflows.
- Develop scalable backend systems and APIs to support AI solutions utilizing Azure services.
- Integrate advanced AI functionalities such as RAG, speech-to-text, and other AI models into production environments.
- Utilize Azure resources (Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, Key Vault) to enhance performance, security, and efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to backend services and AI model deployments.
- Desired: design, develop, and implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions leveraging LLMs.

Requirements:
Experience Required

Mandatory Experience
- 4 to 7 years of experience (slightly less considered).
- Demonstrable professional experience in LLM and RAG use cases in a production environment, in a reasonable timeframe.
- Experience with Python in a backend
