Requirements:
- Degree in Associate Degree in Welding and Boilermaking, Advanced Degree in Metallic Structures, Specialized Training in Welding Techniques and Blueprint Reading.
- Desirable: Basic training in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in energy, oil & gas construction projects.
- Proven track record in monitoring construction projects, ensuring HSE compliance, and supervising personnel.
- Advanced blueprint reading and welding symbols interpretation.
- Welding Processes & WPS: Comprehensive knowledge of welding processes and strict compliance with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- English +A1/A2.

Principal duties:
- Ensure the successful completion of the production process, leveraging available resources to meet monthly workshop and area targets regarding deadlines, quality, cost, and working methods.
- Ensure strict compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures, specifically regarding HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), Quality Assurance, plant operations, and active project guidelines.
- Keep the line manager fully informed about project progress and daily operations, reporting any issues related to the production process, HSE, quality control, or employee disciplinary matters.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute small-scale rigging operations.
- Execute and supervise rework for non-conforming activities in accordance with Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and repair procedures.
