Position Summary:
As a Field Service Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll contribute to delivering excellent service for sophisticated analytical and scientific instruments. Working with customers across research and healthcare settings, you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment while providing exceptional customer service.

Territory:
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Installation, configuration, and functional testing of analyzers at customer sites as required.
- Undertake analyzer Preventative Maintenance services.
- On-site repair and/or replacement of any faulty components (hardware/software/configuration/LIS) to restore functionality of the analyzer within the agreed timescales and in order to offer first time fix solution.
- Relocation, removal and/or reconditioning of installed devices.
- Provide technical documentation when requested by customers.
- Keep control of the stock of spare parts.
- Perform stock counts for the corresponding location when required.
- Attend national and international training courses as required.
- Properly report the service activity (work orders, expense notes, etc.), through the company's integrated management system (ServiceMax, Concur, etc.)
