we are looking for a Customer Operations Specialistto join our international team in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer service-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to contribute to delivering excellence in the entire Order-to-Cash process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer orders and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure smooth execution of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, from order entry to invoicing.
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Purchasing, Shipping, Technical Support).
- Provide proactive communication and problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with general Customer Operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
