Key job responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that support operational performance tracking and decision-making
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Develop Python scripts for data manipulation, automation, and advanced analytics
- Partner with operations stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications
- Perform root cause analysis on operational metrics, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and dashboarding deliverables
- Proactively communicate progress, blockers, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
- Support KTLO (Keep The Lights On) activities for existing dashboards, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and enhancements
