At our Customer Center in Gran Canaria, you will be part of a dedicated team of Travel Advisors from different Nordic nationalities and with language skills. Our office is at our beautiful hotel Sunprime Atlantic View that you will share with our colleagues in the Overseas organization (guides, fitness instructors,



children host etc.). You as a team will also work closely with the colleagues in the Nordic countries in optimizing routines and processes.

Who we are looking for:
Must haves:
- Proficient in one or more of the scandinavian languages; Norwegian, Danish, Swedish or Finnish both verbally and written
- Good computer skills and used to working with multiple systems
- Work experience in customer service, sales, service or similar

Preferred:
- Proficient in English, both verbally and written
- A second scandinavian language
- (if you speak Finnish you also have to speak Swedish)_
