- Lead the warehouse team.
- Supervise and carry out the loading and unloading of PERI materials in accordance with PERI standards, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with customer deadlines.
- Manage material maintenance efficiently to ensure material availability and keep repair stock at a low level.
- Ensure the proper development and supervision of personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Guarantee a suitable working environment and the availability of standard tools and equipment.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Lead teams and ensure the appropriate allocation of personnel and tasks, as well as the proper sizing of resources, including subcontracted labor when required.
- Load and unload deliveries and returns accurately and on schedule, in line with time-slot management, capacity planning, and current safety regulations.
- Record deliveries, returns, and internal repair movements in the system.




- Execute maintenance processes efficiently and correctly in accordance with PERI rental standards and work instructions. Attend training at headquarters when required.
- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of all necessary tools, machinery, and work equipment.
- Prioritize repair work and ensure deadlines are met according to supply demand.
- Manage the flow of materials into and out of the maintenance area / repair yard.
- Maintain high performance and productivity while ensuring consistently high material quality.
- Train and coach maintenance workers in standard repair methods.
- Support the logistics office during vacation periods and absences by preparing delivery notes and planning loading and unloading operations.
- Monitor relevant KPIs to measure process efficiency and implement corrective measures where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
