YOUR TASKS:
Coordinate and manage payroll preparation processes and ensure data accuracy
Act as the main point of contact for payroll providers, Finance, and internal stakeholders
Define, document, and optimize payroll and people operations processes
Maintain and ensure the quality of payroll and employee data within HR and payroll systems
Drive standardization, compliance, and process transparency across locations
Support international collaboration with nearshore teams
Continuously identify and implement process improvements

Several years of experience in payroll operations, payroll administration, or payroll preparation
Experience with payroll systems such as ADP and HR systems like rexx or similar solutions
Strong understanding of payroll processes, data quality, and process management
Experience working with external payroll providers
