This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who thrives deep in the numbers: youll live inside dynamic pricing tools daily, spot patterns others miss, and turn insight into pricing decisions that move occupancy and ADR across dozens of listings simultaneously. Youll also be a reference point for less experienced team members and help shape our pricing playbook as the portfolio grows.



Key Responsibilities * Manage and optimize dynamic pricing strategies across the portfolio using PriceLabs (rules, customizations, seasonality, min/max stays, demand-based adjustments) * Monitor and manage listings across OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, and others), ensuring pricing, availability, and content are optimized and aligned across channels * Conduct regular market and competitor analysis (comp sets, demand trends, local events) to inform pricing decisions * Track and analyze key revenue metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pickup, pace) and translate findings into actionable recommendations * Build and maintain revenue performance reports for property owners and internal stakeholders * Collaborate with property management and reservations teams to align pricing strategy with on-the-ground operations * Identify underperforming listings or date ranges and propose corrective pricing/promotional actions * Support Channe
