What You'll Do- Support customers throughout the project lifecycle by selecting appropriate products, running process simulations, optimizing system designs, and resolving operational challenges.




- Deliver technical consultancy and post-sales support to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.- Design and execute laboratory and field trials to validate product performance, benchmark competitive solutions, and generate technical data supporting product positioning and qualification.
- Partner with account managers on customer visits, engaging with key customers, OEMs, engineering firms, consultants, and brand owners across the region.
- Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to develop technical engagement strategies and action plans that support business growth and strengthen market positioning.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, workshops, webinars, customer seminars, and training programs.
