We are looking for a CFO for a multinational industrial company, a general leader in electrical and digital infrastructure solutions, present in more than 30 countries with thousands of professionals across Europe.
This is a high-visibility, strategic position with full financial responsibility for Spain and Portugal, at a key moment of leadership transition and post-acquisition integration.

The role
As CFO Iberia, you will act as the primary financial advisor to the Managing Director, sitting on both country Executive Committees. You will lead a stable, well-established team, taking over from the current finance leadership as part of a planned succession.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting (including the annual Budget presentation) and monthly, quarterly and annual reporting (P&L;, balance sheet, KPIs) for Spain and Portugal.
- Act as a strategic business partner to the Managing Director and business teams, providing insight to support decision-making (pricing, investments, operational efficiency, digital transformation).
- Oversee accounting,



financial control, internal control, treasury and tax, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local ES/PT regulations and Group standards.
- Lead the financial integration of a recently acquired subsidiary in Portugal.
- Manage internal/external audits and relationships with regulators, banks and tax authorities.
- Drive the development and standardization of KPIs, dashboards and industrial control processes.
- Lead and develop a senior finance team through a period of generational renewal.

Your profile
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; a professional accounting qualification is a plus.
- 18+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in industrial, multi-site or multinational environments.
- Strong track record in business partnering, industrial cost control, financial planning, controlling and project finance.
