If you are customer-oriented, organized, and would like to be part of a fast-growing international pharmaceutical company, we want to hear from you As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for managing customer orders and enquiries, ensuring efficient service throughout the entire order-to-delivery process. You will work closely with the Supply Chain and Finance teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and the smooth handling of daily operations. What you’ll do: * Key person in International Customer Service department. * Monitor orders throughout the entire process, from receipt to final delivery and manage the communications with customers. * Prepare all documentation for international transport and customs,



respond to enquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner. * Ownership of Invoicing and collections process. * Coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. * Prepare and manage commercial and administrative documentation. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order information in the company’s systems. * Prepare affiliates weekly sales reports. * Manage Affiliates Monthly closing, including invoicing and inventories reconciliation. * Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
