At SD Supply Chain Talent, we are currently looking for a Buyer / Project Manager for one of our clients based in Barcelona, with professional experience in oem/car brands and/or Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers. The position combines purchasing and supplier management with project coordination, working cross-functionally with different areas of the organization and participating in strategic initiatives. Responsibilities: * Management and negotiation with strategic suppliers. * Coordination of purchasing activities related to projects. * Monitoring of projects, milestones, KPIs, and objectives. * Liaison with internal and external teams. * Identification and proactive management of risks. * Follow-up of action plans and resolution of issues. * Data analysis and preparation of reports.



* Development and continuous improvement of purchasing processes and procedures. * Participation in building and developing the structure of the department. * Management of systems, databases, and tracking tools. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, with solid experience in supplier negotiation and commercial relationship management, and at least 3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing related companies (oem’s, tier1 or tier2) * University degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management, or equivalent. * B2+ level of English or higher. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
