We are looking for a Europe Online Senior Manager to lead our online expansion strategy across Europe, identifying new growth opportunities and developing market-specific commercial approaches that maximize brand visibility, customer reach, and sales performance.

Mission
To define and execute the online growth strategy for BB Trends brands across Europe, with a strong focus on entering new markets and leveraging the most relevant digital sales channels in each country.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential European markets,



adapting our commercial approach to local online ecosystems, and ensuring that our brands, reach the largest possible audience through the most effective marketplaces, retailers, and digital platforms available in each market.

Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Business Development
- Define and implement the European online expansion strategy.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new European markets with strong growth potential.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscapes, and business opportunities in each country.
- Develop market entry and growth plans tailored to local dynamics.
- Establish and manage strategic relationships with marketplaces, retailers, distributors, and local partners.
- Continuously assess new opportunities to expand brand presence and market share across Europe.

Online Channel Management
