We are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to coordinate IT service delivery in an international, multi-vendor environment. You will play a key role in bringing together technical teams, business stakeholders, service providers and operational leaders, ensuring that priorities translate into measurable outcomes.
You will join NTT DATA, a technology and consulting company operating in more than 50 countries, where you can contribute to relevant projects while working in a close, collaborative environment built around continuous learning.
Lead service governance, provide clear visibility into operational performance and drive improvements that strengthen the stability,



efficiency and evolution of IT service delivery.
Coordinate IT service delivery across internal teams, suppliers and business stakeholders in a multi-vendor model.
Prepare, facilitate and moderate service management ceremonies, including daily sessions, weekly meetings and regular service reviews.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, service quality, demand progress and key operational indicators.
Drive service governance and support the operational leadership function.
Coordinate supplier management processes, service requests and collaboration with PMO, controlling and administrative teams when needed.
Produce clear, actionable executive reporting on performance, progress, risks and improvement opportunities.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational transformation projects, such as the evolution of identity and access management processes for external resources.
