Work with large datasets, predictive models and business intelligence tools. Solve complex challenges at the intersection of data, human behaviour and operations.



Influence decisions made by senior leadership and operational teams.Your key responsibilitiesAnalyse crew scheduling and operational data to assess fatigue-related risks.Deliver awareness and training initiatives on fatigue risk management.Participate in innovative projects involving biometric and operational performance data.What we're looking forBackgroundDegree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Data Analytics, Aviation Management or a related discipline.Additional training in Human Factors, Safety Management Systems or Risk Management will be considered a plus.ExperienceMinimum 4 years of experience in analytical, operational, safety, risk management or data-focused roles.Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau and/or Python is highly valued.SkillsFluent English and Spanish.Ability to identify patterns, trends and operational risks from complex data.
