Network Security Engineer

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a
dynamic, proactive and talented person
to join our team and perform the following
tasks :
Provide 24x7 operational support for IPsec Gateways in the Telco Cloud environment.
Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve IPsec tunnel, routing, connectivity, packet drop, latency and security policy issues.
Execute planned changes with proper change management including validation, implementation accuracy, post-checks and rollback readiness.
Work closely with customer network, telco cloud, security and operations teams for incidents, escalations and service improvements.
Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, RCA inputs, configuration records and change evidence to meet customer governance and security standards.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Years experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Telco Cloud operations, IPsec VPN Gateway support, Network Security, Routing & Switching, and Incident & Change Management within large-scale telecom environments.
English: Professional working proficiency.
WHERE AND WHEN?
Workplace: Remote
Work Schedule: Flexible 8-hour shifts with participation in a 24x7 support and on-call rotation.
