Job DescriptionThe Capital Allocation & Investments team is a new function within Agilent that will play a critical role in shaping capital deployment strategy, driving financial analysis, and decision-making across M&A;, organic growth (e.g. new product launches), and portfolio optimization initiatives. The team partners closely with Corporate Development and serves as a key advisor to senior leadership across business groups, finance, and other functional stakeholders.Reporting to the Director, Capital Allocation & Investments, this role is responsible for leading financial analyses in support of high complexity projects, with a primary focus on M&A.; Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate capital allocation opportunities across full spectrum of M&A;, organic growth projects (e.g. new product launches), and portfolio optimizationSupport business case development, collaborating closely with business leadership / key stakeholders to drive alignment and executive supportPerform M&A; due diligence, partnering closely with Corporate Development and external advisors (e.g. investment bankers,
