We are looking for a hands-on and business-oriented Industrial HR Manager (m/f/d) to lead the People function at the company's main site in Spain, supporting several business units, production areas and warehouse operations. This is a broad HR generalist leadership role requiring solid expertise in labour relations and the ability to manage the full employee lifecycle within a complex industrial environment. The successful candidate will combine strategic understanding with a pragmatic, close-to-the-business approach. HR advisory to managers and the digitalization of HR processes. The person will act as a key partner to local management while working closely with Corporate HR. KEY RESPONSABILITIES Lead the local HR function for the Spanish site, ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies and the specific needs of the different business lines. Manage the application of several collective bargaining agreements, ensuring legal and operational compliance across production, warehouse and office environments. Act as the main HR point of contact with employee representatives and works councils, leading regular communication, consultation and negotiation processes. Advise site management and line managers on labour law matters, including contracts, working conditions, disciplinary procedures, dismissals, sanctions, internal policies and employee relations topics.
