We are looking for a professional with a solid technical background and 3–5 years of experience to accelerate the digital transformation of the Human Resources function through the design and development of AI agents, bots, copilots, automations, and digital applications, with a focus on operational efficiency, process scalability,



employee experience enhancement, and data-driven decision-making.
Identify, design, and deploy automation solutions aimed at eliminating manual tasks, reducing execution times, and minimizing operational errors in Human Resources processes.
Design, build, and maintain AI agents, bots, and copilots applied to Human Resources processes, integrating information sources, business logic, and interaction flows with employees, managers, and internal teams.
Design and develop internal applications and agentic dashboards using React and FastAPI to improve user experience, facilitate operations, and accelerate decision-making in Human Resources processes.
Extract, transform, and structure data from different Human Resources systems and information sources, ensuring data quality, traceability, and consistency.
Contribute to the development of integrations between tools, systems, and data sources thr
