The company is on a strong growth trajectory: This is a high-energy, cold-calling-heavy role with a clear, proven path to promotion — every AE at the company started as an SDR internally, sometimes progressing in under 6 months, fully performance-based. Your Responsibilities Proactive cold-calling and outbound prospecting to generate qualified demos in your market Managing and growing a healthy inbound pipeline (2–5 leads/day) Hitting ramp-up targets (0-1-3-5 new clients/month)



Collaborating closely with your market's hiring manager and the broader sales team Being fully productive and hitting targets within 1–2 weeks of onboarding Your Profile We're hiring across three language markets — please apply for the market matching your native language: DACH Native-level German 35,000–40,000€ Base Salary ~70,000–80,000€.
