Ingersoll Rand is seeking an HR Business Partner Secondment on maternity cover. This remote Europe role partners with CSS EMEIA leaders to deliver high-quality HR support, coaching, and organizational effectiveness across Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Development and COE collaboration.
You will coach leaders, drive HR plans, support integration during M&A; when needed, and coordinate with COEs to ensure best HR practices across the region.
