JOB OVERVIEW
We're hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator, Amenity Sales. As an Inside Sales Coordinator - Amenity, you will drive sales growth within the hospitality, residential and corporate wellness segments by generating and qualifying leads, engaging prospects, and closing opportunities.



You will own these accounts full cycle as you working from our Barcelona Office. You will act as a key link between Life Fitness and our customers, ensuring a smooth sales process and excellent customer experience. Using a consultative approach, you identify customer needs and position our fitness solutions to maximize value and conversion. SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
Generate leads, opportunities, and achieve sales goals to meet a specific quota.
Developing and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, brand standards, competitors, and marketing plans, strategies, programs, and promotions.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure that a seamless and superior customer experience is delivered.
Grow and manage a sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting within to management.
Create, develop and manage new customer acquisition efforts, working cross-functionally as needed with other departments
Enter, update, track and manage all customer information within Work trade shows and attend meetings as required. EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
Required
2-3 years' experience in sales/commercial operations; inside sales or B2 B experience strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce/Oracle) and a quoting/CPQ tool.
Professional fluency in Spanish and English (written & spoken). xqbhyrx Preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Affinity with the Fitness industry
Familiarity with public tenders in Spain/Portugal and the associated documentation
