About the Role:

They are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help design and scale the core systems behind an AI-driven automation platform. You'll join a small, high-impact engineering team working on event-driven microservices that underpin enterprise-grade AI products.

What You'll Do:

You'll design, build,



and operate the backend systems behind our agentic automation platform Design and optimise event-driven systems with Apache Kafka Contribute to a microservices environment Collaborate closely with AI teams to integrate LLMs and reasoning engines Work with Git Hub Actions CI/CD pipelines and observability tools What You'll Bring: Proficiency in Go or Python Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures Solid understanding of SQL & No SQL databases xqbhyrx Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering workflows Salary: €65,000-€95,000 + Share options scheme Interview Process: 3 stages Location: Spain / Europe (Remote)Senior Backend Engineer | Spain (Remote) | Golang, AWS, Kafka | Up to €95 K
