Core Fundamentals: Exceptional Software Engineering fundamentals (data structures, design patterns, scalability) are mandatory. Languages & Frameworks: Direct, deep, and mandatory experience with Type Script + React.

IHands-on Exposure: Direct experience implementing and working with Large Language Models (LLMs).

Agent Architecture:



Deep understanding of agentic workflows and key components ("agent iceberg" considerations such as memory, planning, and tool use) when integrating LLMs.

High Performance: Proven track record in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.

Adaptability: Strong ability to adjust to shifting priorities and experience working within self-organizing teams.
