Grafton , we’re looking for a
Head of Sales
to join one of our clients in the
prime residential real estate sector in Barcelona .
This is more than a sales leadership role. We’re looking for someone who can
shape the commercial strategy from day one , combining market insight, pricing, product and sales execution to drive the success of high-end residential developments.
What will you do?
Define the
commercial strategy, buyer persona and target demand
for each project.
Shape the
residential product
alongside the development team.
Own and continuously optimize
pricing and sales strategy .
Take responsibility for the
Sales P&L; and commercial performance .
Define and track key
KPIs , from sales pace and conversion to pricing and absorption.
Lead
sales teams, brokers and external partners .
Work closely with Marketing on
positioning and go-to-market strategy .
Ensure an outstanding
buyer experience




throughout the entire sales journey.
What are we looking for?
Solid experience in
residential sales or commercial strategy , ideally within the
prime/high-end segment .
Strong experience
leading teams and driving results .
A combination of
analytical thinking and commercial instinct .
Confidence working with
pricing, KPIs and P&L; ownership .
A hands-on, results-driven mindset with strong decision-making skills.
Fluent Spanish and English .
Experience with
Salesforce or other CRM tools
is a plus.
