We're looking for a Jr. GTM Engineer to co‑lead that effort with us. This isn't a support role. You'll own channels, run experiments, and make calls.
If you've spent 1–3 years in B2B SaaS GTM and want to work at 0-to-1 pace — where what you build this quarter actually shapes the product's trajectory — this is your spot.
THE ROLE
What You'll Be Doing
This isn't a support role. You'll be embedded in the GTM team, working directly with SDRs and AEs across Germany, Italy, France, Portugal, Spain and beyond, and you'll have real ownership over the data, tools, and systems that drive the outbound pipeline.
We're in an early, experimental phase: doubling down on what's working, exploring new segments, and building the infrastructure to scale. You'll be part of shaping what that looks like — not just executing someone else's playbook.
One of the things we're most excited to offer: you'll get to design and own your outbound tech stack. Clay, Apollo, HeyReach, n8n, HubSpot — we already work with these tools, and we want someone who'll go deep on them, find the gaps, and bring better ones to the table.
