CBRE Loan Services is seeking an Analyst for its offices in Madrid whose primary responsibility will be supporting the Asset Managers in all aspects of the servicing of allocated commercial real estate loans.
What You’ll Do
Service assigned commercial real estate loans in continental Europe and UK and monitors their performance.
Manage the set‑up of new loans in loan servicing system and responsible for maintaining the currency and integrity of loan information.
Manage loan document files and document imaging.
Administration and bookkeeping of the transaction.
Setting of interest periods and reference rates applicable for each period.
Calculate amounts to be paid by the Borrowers in accordance with loan documentation i.E. fees, interest, and principal amounts.
