Business Manager (National Role) -

We're looking for an experienced Business Manager to drive sales and order winning activities across key account or large modular opportunities by actively promoting products and services. This is a national role requiring regular travel across the UK, including occasional overnight stays.
Your remit will be to build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve commercial targets and support business growth and ensure commercial processes and pricing policies are consistently followed.
Role Details:
Annual Salary 55,000 - 60,000 depending on experience
Commission Competitive Commission Package
Based from home - Travelling Nationally
This is a national role requiring regular travel across the UK, including occasional overnight stays (typically averaging one night per week)

Annual leave of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and opportunity to buy an additional 5 days each year.

In this role you will be required to:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for large modular building projects across the UK. You will be directly accountable for opportunity generation, developing and owning key account relationships and winning new work.
Apply a comprehensive knowledge of the product portfolio, compliance, commercial processes and pricing policies to effectively convert sales opportunities.
Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of large modular work for GB Sales.
Undertake key account management activity with large or repeat clients and cross business unit integration in line with the company wide strategy. This will include identifying and targeting opportunities for new business and mapping your individual key accounts, detailing structure and decision-mak
