We're entering an exciting new chapter for our workplace: a brand-new Barcelona office built for ~150 people, alongside teams in Paris, London and Berlin. We're looking for a Senior Workplace & Office Manager who takes real pride in building a space that's welcoming, polished and unmistakably us, for employees, candidates and guests alike.
You'll pair sharp workplace operations with a hospitality mindset, turning scrappy startup habits into the reliable, high-quality environment of a growing international company.
What you will own:
Workplace operations & experience
- Make the Barcelona office feel welcoming, sharp and reliable, every day.
- Create a seamless experience for employees, visitors and executives alike.
- Fix root causes, not symptoms — turn recurring issues into lasting solutions.
Scalable operations
- Spot the gaps and design processes that actually stick.
- Replace reactive fixes with clear ownership and standards.
- Set workplace KPIs with the People Manager and CEO, then keep raising the bar.
Facilities & vendor management
- Select and manage Barcelona's facilities partner from day one.
- Own coworking relationships in Paris, London & Berlin.
- Negotiate hard and hold every supplier to a real service standard.
