The role:
As TA Manager, you'll shape how bsport attracts, hires, and grows talent across the globe. You'll manage our TA partners and own the sourcing strategy that fuels our growth. This is a scale-up: the playbook isn't fully written yet — you'll be the one writing it, building the systems, frameworks, and culture that let TA scale as we grow.
What you will own:
- Team management & performance: Own TA metrics, define and track them, drive continuous improvement of TA performance, organize the team,
and coach and mentor senior TAs — bringing creativity to sourcing strategy.
- Stakeholder management & influence: Manage hiring managers directly, train them on interviewing, resolve blockers with them, and influence VPs, Directors, and C-levels on hiring strategies.
- Systems & scalability: Own the ATS/tools strategy (evaluate, implement, optimize), build repeatable frameworks (interview grids, comp benchmarks, JD templates), implement IA in the department, so TA scales without breaking, and standardize practices across departments.
- Employer brand: Partner with Marketing/People on employer brand strategy, measure its impact, and suggest new employer branding actions.
- Compensation & leveling: Partner with People/Finance on leveling frameworks (e.g. the IC/M work) and pay equity compliance.
You would be great fit if you have:
