Our team in Spain works closely with customers, healthcare professionals, and
internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service while driving commercial
success. To support our growing business, we are looking for a proactive and
organized Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our Interventional Systems team.

JOB SUMMARY

As Sales Assistant,



you will play a key role in supporting the commercial
success of our Interventional Systems business in Spain. You will provide
administrative, marketing, and operational support to the Sales team while
coordinating events, customer communications, logistics, finance administration,
and marketing initiatives.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other internal stakeholders,
you will help ensure smooth business operations and contribute to an outstanding
customer experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Interventional Systems Sales
team.
* Coordinate internal meetings, team events, and customer appointments.
* Manage documentation, filing systems, and commercial administration.
* Support contract administration, professional credentialing, consulting
agreements, and other customer documentation.
* Provide ad hoc administrative supp
