Customer Service Representative / Online Bank Advisor
Hybrid (after trial)
Provide customer support to Danish-speaking banking customers
Handle enquiries relating to customer accounts and banking services
Assist customers with the use of online and digital banking services
Provide accurate information and guidance regarding banking services
Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout each interaction.
Fluent Danish (C2) both verbal and written. Sound command in English (B2+ level)
Previous customer service or banking experience is an advantage
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working with digital systems and software
