Position Summary

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Technology Manager will be responsible for leading the manufacturing technology strategy and its implementation across the company's production facilities.

The role leads the Maintenance and Engineering teams, with a strong focus on equipment reliability, continuous process improvement, automation and the successful execution of industrial projects.

A key part of the position will be improving production efficiency, equipment performance and digital integration across punching, bending, forming and assembly processes.





We are looking for an experienced industrial professional who combines technical expertise, leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach, and who is comfortable working within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the company's manufacturing technology roadmap, aligned with business and operational objectives.
Lead and develop the Maintenance and Engineering teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across punching, bending, forming and assembly processes.
Identify, evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
Oversee industrial engineering activities, including process optimization, cycle-time reduction and OEE improvement.
Manage CAPEX projects related to new equipment, machinery upgrades, automation and digital manufacturing tools.
Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives, including data collection, traceability, MES integration and predictive maintenance.
