Tasks
Experience in cold calling
Daily outbound activity with a strong focus on cold calling
Book meetings through high-volume call sessions with HR leaders and decision makers
Test scripts, objections and angles directly on calls to accelerate learning
Use LinkedIn and email to support and warm up calls, not to replace them
Track and improve call performance inside HubSpot
Requirements
A real master in cold calling
Basic understanding of copywriting
Experience using a CRM, especially Hubspot
Strong communication in English (B2 level minimum)
Passion for startups and learning through practice
Self-starter mindset
Curiosity and resilience
Comfortable in fast-paced, versátil environments

Contract
Working hours: full time
Contract term: Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period
We have set a Performance Review System that applies to 50% of the RAL as a bonus but there is no cap. It means that if a person over-performs 100% and/or the company does so, bonuses will be linked to the over-performance.
