Resolve inquiries regarding orders, fashion returns, and online retail account management via phone, email, and chat.
Utilize your native-level French language skills to offer personalized guidance and build brand loyalty.




Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current retail trends and company policies to assist customers effectively.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to the Zalando platform to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Consistently meet performance KPIs and quality standards to ensure excellence within the retail sector.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
Proven passion for the retail (online & offline) industry and customer-centric service.
Exceptional communication and empathy skills, with a focus on resolving client needs.
Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with online retail shopping platforms.
