We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as French Speaking Video Streaming Customer Experts. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical and account support for subscribers of a premier streaming platform.
Resolve streaming quality issues, billing inquiries, and subscription management queries in French.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a premium user experience for all streaming platform customers.
Troubleshoot playback errors across various devices, including Smart TVs, mobile, and tablets.




Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest platform content releases and feature updates.
Collaborate with international teams to escalate complex technical feedback to improve service reliability.
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through empathetic and professional communication.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong passion for the streaming platforms industry and digital media.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Availability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance remote environment.
Proficiency in basic troubleshooting and interest in technology.
