Key Responsibilities
Deliver world-class support for users within the integral FinTech ecosystem.
Resolve complex transactional, account-related, and security inquiries for PayPal customers.
Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and internal data protection policies.
Educate clients on new digital payment features,



security enhancements, and FinTech product updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical friction points in the payment process.
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through efficient, empathetic, and professional communication.
Stay updated on emerging digital finance trends to provide accurate, industry-leading guidance.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Proven interest or experience in the FinTech or customer excellence industry.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a digital-first mindset.
Willingness to relocate to Athens for this premium French Speaking PayPal Customer Expert position in Greece.
