Job Overview
We are currently seeking polished professionals for the French Speaking Pandora Customer Experts position in Greece, representing one of the world's most iconic luxury jewelry brands. Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service that aligns with the prestige of the luxury goods industry.
Assist French-speaking clients with inquiries regarding exquisite jewelry collections, order status, and bespoke styling advice.




Maintain a high level of brand knowledge to provide an authentic and premium brand experience for every interaction.
Proactively resolve customer concerns with sophistication, empathy, and efficiency.
Collaborate with integral luxury brand partners to ensure quality standards and service benchmarks are exceeded.
Manage client relationships through multiple communication channels, maintaining a professional and elegant brand voice at all times.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is strictly required for this role.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece is mandatory.
Previous experience in luxury goods, retail, or premium client services is highly valued.
Strong communication skills with a refined, professional, and service-oriented demeanor.
