Avanza Sports is a sports experiences company that connects young athletes and families with some of the world’s most prestigious sports organizations. We organize international soccer and tennis camps, player development experiences, and sports travel programs in partnership with brands such as Real Madrid Foundation and Rafa Nadal Academy.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team and take ownership of our paid advertising campaigns across multiple markets.
Location

Remote position.
Candidates must be based in Spain. Location is versátil, although Barcelona is preferred.
The candidate must be available to attend occasional company meetings, events, camps, and marketing activations when required.
About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimize, and grow our paid advertising campaigns for Avanza Sports’ international sports programs.




You will be responsible for driving registrations and leads for our Rafa Nadal Academy tennis camps and Real Madrid Foundation soccer camps, primarily across the United States and Latin America.
You will manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, while also exploring opportunities on platforms such as TikTok Ads.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director and other members of the marketing team, taking ownership of campaign strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, and continuous testing.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Management
Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Explore and test TikTok Ads and other relevant paid media channels.
Manage campaigns for Rafa Nadal Academy and Real Madrid Foundation sports camps across international markets.
Develop campaign structures based on locations, programs, audiences, and objectives.
Manage campaigns across different stages of the customer journey, including prospecting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
