{ Lead and enable a full-stack development team (backend + mobile) to deliver high-quality, predictable software aligned with product and architectural goals.
Establish and continuously improve engineering standards, delivery processes, and team health.
Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and growth planning.
Proven experience leading software engineering teams in agile,



full-stack environments.
Strong background in backend and or mobile development, preferably with Kotlin or SwiftUI.
Experience with API-driven systems and backend banking workflows is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to deliver predictable, high-quality software with effective risk and dependency management.
Skilled in coaching, performance management, and developing engineering talent.
Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Scrum, Kanban, Design Sprints, and User Story Mapping.
